Uvalde Roof Repair is operated by SC APTOS SRL under the LANSARE project. This notice explains how information is handled when you use this website, submit a roofing request or call the intake number. For privacy questions, contact hello@rynavio.com.

Information you provide

We collect the details you choose to submit, such as your name, property location, roofing concern, urgency, decision-maker relationship and phone number. Please do not send payment details, government identification numbers, insurance documents or other sensitive information through the form.

How request information is used

We use request information to understand the request, check location and likely service fit, communicate about the request, route it to one independent roofing provider when you have given permission, prevent abuse and maintain an operational record. Sending a request does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Who receives information

No permanent roofing provider is assigned at this stage. When you explicitly agree to routing, we may share the contact information and roofing details you provided with one independent roofing provider who may be able to help with this specific request. Any provider that receives the request handles its own service arrangements.

Calls and automated assistance

The local intake number may be answered by an automated AI request assistant. Audio and/or transcripts may be processed by our communications technology providers to operate the call, capture request details, secure the service and maintain an operational record. Do not use the call to provide payment details, government identification numbers or insurance documents.

Service providers

We use infrastructure providers including Cloudflare for website/API/database infrastructure, Twilio for telephone connectivity and ElevenLabs for the automated voice assistant. Those providers process information to provide their respective services under their own contractual and technical arrangements.

Website measurement

This launch build does not intentionally send form text, phone numbers or property addresses to general website analytics. If analytics or advertising technology is added later, this notice and any required choice mechanism should be updated before use.

Retention and requests

Request records are retained only as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain security and operational history, and meet applicable obligations. Contact hello@rynavio.com to ask about access, correction or deletion. We may need to confirm identity before acting on a request.

We may update this notice when practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
