Water coming inside right now?
Stay away from wet electrical fixtures, damaged ceilings and areas that appear unsafe. If there is immediate danger, leave the affected area and contact emergency services. Do not climb onto a wet or damaged roof. Tell us if water is entering now so urgency is recorded.
A leak that comes back needs a closer look.
An interior stain does not establish the point where water entered. If the same area becomes wet again after earlier work, share what was repaired and when the symptoms returned. That history can help a provider assess the roof and related areas.
Leaks near flashing, vents and roof openings.
Roof openings and transitions need attention during an assessment. Tell the provider if the wet area seems close to a vent, chimney, roof-to-wall junction or another opening. That context does not confirm the source.
Missing or damaged shingles?
A small visible area can still deserve assessment, but the number of shingles alone does not determine repair scope. Describe the visible change from a safe location and whether there are interior symptoms.
Repair or replacement?
A useful proposal explains what was found, which work is recommended, what it includes and what it costs. If replacement is suggested, ask why a repair would not be suitable.
What happens after I send a request?
We review the location and request details. If you gave routing permission, we may share the request with one independent roofing provider who may be able to help. No visit is booked until a provider confirms arrangements directly with you.
Can you guarantee someone will come today?
No. Provider availability, timing, service area and any assessment fee must be confirmed. We do not promise emergency dispatch.
