Start with what you can safely observe.
From a safe location, note missing material, a new interior stain or another visible change. Record the approximate date and when you first noticed the problem. Do not walk on the roof or approach fallen lines or unstable structures.
An observation is not a diagnosis.
Visible marks do not by themselves establish the cause, repair need or insurance coverage. A provider needs to assess the actual condition.
Know what to ask about an assessment.
Before a visit, confirm who will attend, whether there is an assessment fee and what the visit will cover. Ask for any findings and proposed work in plain language.
Insurance questions belong with your insurer.
Coverage depends on your policy and the circumstances. Uvalde Roof Repair does not decide coverage, negotiate claims or promise that insurance will pay for work.
Temporary protection must be confirmed.
If water is entering, tell us. Temporary protection is a provider service that must be confirmed and is not included automatically with a request.
What happens after I send a request?
We review the location and request details. If you gave routing permission, we may share the request with one independent roofing provider who may be able to help. No visit is booked until a provider confirms arrangements directly with you.
Can you guarantee someone will come today?
No. Provider availability, timing, service area and any assessment fee must be confirmed. We do not promise emergency dispatch.
